If you had similar experiences like me, it will make it easy to understand why and how I found my way to alternative healing methods. Exploring different techniques as a client led me to Kinesiology and to the College of Complementary Medicine in Sydney, where I finished my studies in Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine in 2020. Kinesiology is on the cross-road to many different natural therapies, including counselling, Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupressure, meridian massage), Chakra healing, body psychology and brain integration. This gives a Kinesiologist a holistic approach, when looking at and working with a client.

I founded Natural Life Balance, which is all about empowering clients to discover more about themselves, finding their inner connection, releasing stored stress and letting go of old patterns and traumas.
